3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with 00taya. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 00taya reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 00taya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 00taya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Your 00taya account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate closure.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 00taya is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by 00taya as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on 00taya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are borne by the member.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 00taya currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 00taya's discretion.
4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. 00taya reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. 00taya reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Funds Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 00taya account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 00taya reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 00taya reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to members.
5.1 General. 00taya may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 00taya reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings where it reasonably suspects that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 00taya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect members who have already commenced satisfying the wagering requirements of an active bonus.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All games on 00taya that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. The results of all games are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by 00taya or any third party.
